Description
Bimber Distillery is a London-based single malt producer founded by whisky lovers with a mission to craft high-quality spirit using traditional methods rarely seen today. The distillery grows 100% of its own barley on a single farm, floor malts, hand mashes, and ferments slowly in wooden washbacks before distilling in small copper pot stills and maturing in hand-selected casks — all bottled on site.
This commemorative release was produced and bottled in London by Bimber Distillery to celebrate the opening of Dunphail Distillery, and the important role Bimber's pursuit of tradition has played in shaping the new distillery's production processes and values. The spirit was matured and given an additional maturation in a Fino Sherry Butt, cask number 257/6, and bottled in April 2022 at 55.7% ABV. Outturn was 78 bottles, with this being bottle number 560. Bottled non-chill filtered at natural colour. This is a Private Single Cask Bottling.

If the lot is not insured, no claim can be lodged against the courier or The Grand Whisky Auction for breakage or loss in transit.
