Ledaig is the peated expression produced at Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull, Highland Scotland. Murray McDavid, the independent bottling house, has been releasing single malt Scotch whiskies under their Benchmark series since the 1990s, focusing on artful maturation in distinctive cask types.
Distilled at Ledaig in 2011 and matured for 12 years before being bottled in 2024, this UK Exclusive Release was finished in small 64-litre Oloroso Sherry Octaves. Bottled at cask strength of 55.9% ABV, non chill-filtered and of natural colour, with an outturn of 358 bottles.
