Description

The four Founder’s Collection bottlings will be released until 2022 while being imited to 200 bottles each. Only available to members of Bimber’s ‘Founder's Club’...and now you at TGWA. 

Bimber - Founder's Collection - 2019 (70cl & 5cl): This is the 2019 release and the first of four Founder bottlings from the West London based Bimber Distillery. A single ex-bourbon cask #16 was bottled at 57.8% ABV in December 2019.

Bimber - Founder's Collection - 2020 (70cl & 5cl): This is the 2020 release and the second of four Founder bottlings from the West London based Bimber Distillery. A single virgin oak cask #92 was bottled at 58.8% ABV in November 2020.

Bimber - Founder's Collection - 2021 (70cl & 5cl): This is the 2021 release and the third of four Founder bottlings from the West London based Bimber Distillery. A single ex-Port cask was bottled at 58.7% ABV in December 2021.

Bimber - Founder's Collection - 2022 (70cl & 5cl): This is the 2022 release and the last of the four Founder bottlings from the West London based Bimber Distillery. A single heavily peated cask #469 was bottled at 61.4% ABV in December 2022. 

Bimber Distillery Sample Set (6 x 5cl): This lot includes the following 5cl bottlings:

  • Bimber New Make Spirit - 63.5%
  • Peated Cask Finish - 58.3%
  • Re-charred Cask - 51.9%
  • Ex-sherry Cask - 54.2%
  • Ex-bourbon Cask - 51.9%
  • Virgin American Oak Cask - 53.1%

Bimber - 1st Release London Single Malt: One of only 1000 bottles the Bimber Inaugural release was handcrafted and aged in Ex Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. 5 casks were used to make the Polish creators first malt - number 6,19,31,37 and 38.After imigrating from Poland, the founder Dariusz Plazewski pursued his passion for distilling. Bottled at 54.2% ABV.

Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, the condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit. Loss and breakage cover is available at 3% of the hammer price as standard. If the lot is not insured, no claim can be lodged against the courier or The Grand Whisky Auction for breakage or loss in transit.
