Description

This distillery was born in 1955 and was one of the smallest both in size and outturn in Japan. Unfortunately, this distillery has been closed since 2011, however, their sublime whiskies, keep winning award after international award. Karuizawa has released close to 300 single casks at the time of writing and as the demand increases along with their popularity, their availability decreases with collectors scrambling.

Distilled in 1999 and bottled from a single sherry cask #2380 in 2017.  This is one of just 436.
