Description

Released for the travel retail market, this single malt is part of The Macallan Whisky Maker's Edition Classic Travel Range.  It was crafted by Bob Dalgarno, Macallan's distillery manager, using whisky drawn from a combination of Sherry and bourbon casks.  It is bottled at his preferred strength of 42.8%. 

The range includes a set of 4 different bottle labels and outer boxes, with x-ray photography celebrating the art of travel, designed by Nick Veasey.

This lot is the 1930's propeller plane design which features both on the bottle lable and on the outer box.
