Description

The majority of Valinch bottlings are all 50cl and all single casks that are available from the distillery. If you know and have been to the magical island you too can take part in the hand-filling process. The term Valinch is a piece of old whisky terminology that comes from the Spanish & French. It is the word for a pipette that takes the samples from a cask. These bottlings were introduced to the public after the distillery was purchased in 2001 by Murray McDavid.

This bottling celebrates Sharon Foley, a financial contoller at the distillery. Cask #25 is a first fill Oloroso Sherry that was distilled in 2006 and bottled 12 years later.
