Lowlands Whisky for auction

Cask Number 433 has "aromas of vanilla, mango, raspberry, barley sugar and lavender, leading to flavours of cranachan, lemon, floral notes, marzipan and faint spice, with citrus, ripe fruit and oak."

One of only 280 bottles released from Rosebank distillery in 2020 comes to this 27-year-old single cask. It was matured in a refill bourbon barrel and was part of a ballot to 100 members of the public.

Rosebank has been doing very well at auction of late and this may be attributed to restoration of the distillery getting underway in November 2019.

This is bottle number 46.
