Quite possibly the most well known of all the Japanese distillery, Yamazaki has produced this malt to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the launch of the single malt.
Distilled in 1984, it was bottled in 2009.
Yamazaki has an amazing history and was founded by Shinjiro Torii in 1923. However, the first spirit was produced from the stills on the 11th November at 11:11am 1924.
